Hair Origin
Knowing where hair comes from is the first condition of quality. AUCO works with Vietnamese human hair and records origin as part of its process.
Why quality matters
For a hair business, every bundle, wig or extension carries its name. Hair that tangles, sheds or loses its texture costs more than a return: it costs trust.
That is why AUCO treats quality as a set of checks that can be explained and verified, not as a promise.
How AUCO defines quality
The AUCO Standard is the framework we use to check hair from origin to packing. Each checkpoint below describes what we look at and why.
Detailed test protocols are being documented with our production partners and will be published here. Until then, the best way to verify AUCO quality is to test a sample yourself.

Cuticles that run in one direction help hair stay smooth and resist tangling. Alignment is checked as hair is sorted and wefted.
How evenly hair holds its thickness from top to ends depends on drawn grade. Fullness is checked against the grade a buyer has ordered.
Wefts and lace pieces are checked for loose strands before approval.
Hair is washed to see how it behaves after the first wash, including texture, shine and feel.
For buyers who colour hair, sample swatches can be tested to show how the hair responds to lightening.
Textured hair is checked to confirm the pattern holds as expected after washing and drying.
A final inspection before packing confirms that the order matches the agreed specification.
