FAQ
Questions
What is Single Drawn, Double Drawn and Super Double Drawn?
Drawn grade describes how much shorter hair has been removed from a bundle. Single drawn keeps a natural mix of lengths, so it tapers toward the ends. Double drawn removes more shorter strands, so more of the hair reaches the stated length. Super double drawn is refined further for a more even thickness from top to ends.
What is the difference between Raw, Virgin and Remy hair?
These terms describe different things and are not interchangeable. Raw usually refers to hair that has not been chemically processed. Virgin usually refers to hair that has never been coloured or chemically treated. Remy refers to hair kept with its cuticles aligned in one direction. A product can meet more than one of these descriptions. AUCO states which terms apply to each product.
What is the MOQ?
