Every AUCO product starts with Vietnamese human hair. Sourcing is where quality begins, and where the hair’s origin is established.
Hair is combed and sorted by hand, by length and by condition, so that each lot can be matched to the right product.
Depending on the product, hair is cleaned and prepared for its final texture and colour. Raw hair is kept as close to its natural state as possible.
Sorted hair is wefted into bundles, set into lace for closures and frontals, built into wigs or prepared as extensions.
Finished hair is checked against the AUCO Standard before it is approved for packing.
Orders are packed with care, in AUCO packaging or, for private-label partners, in agreed custom packaging.
Shipping method and destination are confirmed with each buyer, and orders are prepared for international transport.

AUCO manages its products from specification to final inspection, working with dedicated production partners in Vietnam. This lets us match each order to the right hands and the right process.
